Do not be deceived, but time and chance happens to all. Ecclesiastes 11 reminds us that life is full of uncertainties.

In verse 1, we're told to "cast your bread upon the waters," a simple way of saying that we should take chances and share our good fortune without knowing what will come back to us. This verse teaches that while the future is unpredictable, our actions today can open doors to unexpected opportunities.

Another verse, Ecclesiastes 11:6, advises us, "In the morning sow your seed, and at evening withhold not your hand." This encourages us to work and invest our efforts throughout the day, even though we cannot be sure what the outcome will be.
It reminds us that waiting for perfect conditions might cause us to miss out on the blessings that come from acting with hope and purpose.

These simple messages from Ecclesiastes 11 show that uncertainty is a natural part of life. Instead of fearing the unknown, we can learn to embrace it, trusting that our efforts and willingness to take risks will bring rewards in time. God will reward the brave!
