Your Growth is VITAL to God

A common practice among gardeners, farmers, and agriculturalists is pruning. Pruning has several benefits, including removing dead or diseased branches and stems, training plants to grow in a desired direction, and establishing a strong foundation for healthy growth.
One of the most beneficial reasons for pruning is to divert energy to a branch that is bearing fruit. Instead of the plant sharing energy among various branches, a farmer or gardener will trim the plant in order to ensure that branches bearing fruit are prioritized. This allows the harvest to be maximized and fruits to grow as large as possible!
God is much like a farmer—in fact, He is the greatest farmer, the Creator of all things that grow! In Isaiah 18:5, His divine care is evident: "For before the harvest, when the blossom is over, and the flower becomes a ripening grape, he cuts off the shoots with pruning hooks, and the spreading branches he lops off and clears away."
God will never allow the wickedness around you to hinder your growth. He will cut off whatever is preventing you from drawing closer to Him. He has never forgotten or forsaken His children, and He won’t start now!
