TWO Choices You Have, When Life Is Getting WORSE

You're in a situation that is causing you great distress, things seem to be going wrong. You may have lost a loved one, failed to achieve a goal, or experienced any other situation that creates grief for most people.
There are TWO choices available to you.
If you're arriving from TikTok, skip ahead to the next choice. Otherwise, the first choice, laid out in the latter part of Isaiah 6:10, states:
"lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed."
The first choice is to recognize that you don't know everything that is going on—that you need help and a deeper understanding of your life and what is happening in it. Those who understand that they need help and ask for it always receive it. We cannot receive what we are not receptive to. If someone offers you a gift and you keep your hands folded, you cannot receive that gift.

The second choice is embodied in Isaiah 6:9-10, which presents:
"...Keep on hearing, but do not understand; keep on seeing, but do not perceive. Make the heart of this people dull, and their eyes heavy, and blind their eyes;"
This second choice is to continue in ignorance—to remain in a lack of knowledge, to ignore the signs that there are forces greater than you, and to continue believing that you are in control of your life. This is a grave mistake, and it doesn't bode well for the one who chooses to live this way. We can get tossed around by the waves of life—attempting to save ourselves, and quickly start drowning if we're not careful.
God has offered the gift of life through Christ, and those who accept it will always experience healing in this life and beyond. Those who reject it will face a life full of pain and evil, with no way out.
